Arriving Late - In order to ensure the safety and concentration of the actors and the uninterrupted enjoyment of our patrons, latecomers will be seated at the earliest, appropriate break in the performance in the closest available seats. |

Audio Enhancement - We offer an infrared listening system for patrons with up to 70% hearing loss. The lightweight, wireless headset is comfortable and may be used from any seat in the John D Archbold Theatre. Headsets can be reserved free of charge through the Box Office (315.443.3275) or at the Coat Room (315.443.9922) before the curtain. |

Box office Hours - The Box Office is open noon-6PM, Monday - Friday, and 2 hours before each performance. |

Cameras - The use of cameras and recording devices is not permitted. The play and production are copyrighted material. |

Cell Phones & Pagers- For the actors’ safety and in consideration of the audience please turn off all cell phones; check your pager and leave your seat number with an usher at the Coat Room prior to the performance. They will monitor your pager and notify you if there is an emergency. |

Coat Check - The free coat check is located just past the Box Office outside the Coyne Lobby and opens one hour before curtain. 315.443.9922. |

Concessions - The bar located in the Sutton Pavilion offers wines, liquors and spirits while the coffee bar located in the Coyne Lobby offers various Hyman Smith Coffees. Both are open one hour before curtain and during intermission. |

Emergency Contact - Leave your name and seat location at the Coat Room when you arrive. This is the only way we can locate you. In case of an emergency during a performance you may be reached at 315.443.9922. |

Fire Notice - The exit indicated by a red sign nearest the seat you occupy is the shortest route to the street. In the event of an emergency, walk to that exit and follow the house staff’s directions. |

Inclement Weather - Productions will be canceled in the event the Mayor of Syracuse declares a "State of Emergency." Ticket holders may exchange for another performance of the same event or be issued a refund. If the "State of Emergency" is declared in an area from which or through which a patron is driving, the above rules apply. During "Travel Warnings" or "Travel Advisories" free Missed Performance Passes will be offered to any ticket holder who chooses not to attend due to weather. Patrons using the Missed Performance Pass may choose another performance of the same event and will be seated just before curtain by the House Manager in available seating. |

Parking - The entrance to the enclosed parking garage on Irving Avenue is located at the corner of Madison Street and Irving Avenue, next to the Madison-Irving Medical Building, along with an open lot parking between Phoebe's Garden Cafe and the garage. For hours of operations and parking costs for the Madison-Irving Medical Building garage, call All Right Parking at 315.475.4742. For hours of operations and parking costs for the open lot, call SU Parking Services at 315.443.4652. Both locations offer handicap parking. |

Quiet Children - Quiet children over the age of five are welcome at Syracuse Stage performances. We do ask that adults remove disruptive children to the lobby. |

Seating Chart - The John D Archbold Theatre has a 499 seat capacity; 300 in the Orchestra and 199 in the Dress Circle. The Archbold Theatre is a proscenium stage, has no obstructed view seating and is considered "small and intimate." Ticket Exchange - All tickets may be exchanged within the same event. [Contact the Box Office at 315.443.3275 for all rules and procedures for ticket exchange.] Please return tickets to the Box Office 24 hours prior to the earliest performance involved in the exchange. Single Ticket exchanges carry a $5 transaction fee per ticket. 6Pack holders may make one free exchange per show. Subscribers may make unlimited free exchanges; upgrade charges may apply. Subscribers who missed a scheduled performance and did not exchange may use their Extra Value Ticket or purchase a Missed Performance Pass for $5.
